WHAT IS THE BLACK SHEEP FAMILY FUND?
The Black Sheep Family Fund, a registered charity since 2023, is Black Sheep’s social impact arm dedicated to partnering with charities, mobilising global relief efforts and supporting our extended community network. Since its inception, the Black Sheep Family Fund has been a cornerstone of Black Sheep’s mission, embodying the team’s belief that genuine hospitality begins with taking care of our community and connecting us to a greater cause.
This year marks a milestone for the Black Sheep Family Fund as we celebrate 10 years of charitable giving, uplifting communities in need and making lasting, positive change in the world.
THREE CORE PILLARS
The Black Sheep Family Fund actively supports and uplifts our wider community, both locally and globally, by focusing on three core pillars.
Strategic Community Partnerships
Forging impactful three-year partnerships with local charities and NGOs, channelling resources into causes that align with our values.
Global Emergency Relief
Arranging rapid fundraising activities for emergency relief in response to international disasters.
Community Support
Providing financial assistance to our extended community network during times of need, covering unforeseen incidents, health challenges, and personal emergencies.

WE HAVE ALWAYS SUPPORTED OUR TEAM THROUGH THE FAMILY FUND, AND AS WE MOVE FORWARD IN OUR JOURNEY, WE HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING IN OUR HEARTS THAT OUR COMMUNITY IS NOT JUST THOSE PEOPLE IN BLACK SHEEP, BUT THE GREATER ECOSYSTEM THAT WE ARE A PART OF.

THE BLACK SHEEP FAMILY FUND BOARD MEMBERS 2024 - 2025
Board members are nominated from across Black Sheep to help review internal team requests and causes that we want to support. For internal requests, the board get together to review each case within five days of the application being submitted.

There is an undeniable sense of support that comes from knowing that this resource is available. If I learned one thing during my decade-long tenure at Black Sheep, it is that we are there to take care of our community – especially those within our charge and Family Fund does just that – it is a helping hand, should you need it.
